The $25,000 NPS Big Score
Earn the top NPS score in your category (appliances, electrical, garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, or pool/spa) and you’ll walk away with a big $25,000 bonus from AHS. Remember, your NPS score depends on how customers respond to one simple question:

The Quality Combo Bonus ($2,500-$15,000)
Depending on your 2011 AHS service work order volume, you can earn $2,500 to $15,000 by posting the top NPS scores in your category (appliances, electrical, garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, or pool/spa). The number of bonuses in each category varies. (See chart)
